TESTING

All mechanical components are machined on CNC machine tools to ensure that design dimensions are exact every time.
Quality standards are further guaranteed by the metrology department, which checks all components produced internally or purchased from suppliers.
Afterwards the assembly of all control units is once again checked by automatic test cycles.
One by one.
To make sure that electric insulation, resistances, earthing, power, current absorption, mechanical friction, reversibility/irreversibility, lock release and other variable and specific parameters are totally accurate.
