Updating and training courses are periodically held by RIB to inform installers about the latest developments and allow them to test program control panels and configure control units in specially equipped laboratories.
At the end of the courses, all participants receive a certificate and a video-manual (constantly updated) of the installation procedures of the entire range of RIB operating systems.

The wide range of RIB services is further complemented by a CD-ROM with special software to help installation technicians select the most appropriate configuration for each system and draw up cost estimates.
The CD-ROM also contains an interactive catalogue that can be used to display and develop commercial and technical diagrams.
